YOYOYO EVERYBARDI!
Damn tired today.
I really didnt have enough sleep.
And I am starting to accept the fact that I am a weird person now.
Last time when I am using my arm to canoe,my back pain.
Today Track and Field's training,I was using my legs to run and yet my biceps cramp.
After the training,we are warming down and I was stretching my leg and in the end my stomach cramp.
Like What the hell man.
Next time gym I should try to do squats to train my chest,maybe more effective.
Anyway,after the training met up with Peng,Aloy,Jiajun and some canoe polo girls at KFC.
Jiao-ed around and went home.
And I really think I should gym more,I dont want to be skinnier. T.T
